As usual, packed with endless gems Tai. Loved the "What am I thinking about?" section, so many interesting topics and observations where each of them is the starting point for a deep conversation and/or article.
I would have expected no less than a collection of substantive explorations as a snapshot of where your attention is going. Huberman, always riveting for brain geeks like us. Family, I'm calibrating to the same thing re blood bonds vs personality connection, but it's mostly my kids I'm getting to know all over again after living in a different city for 7 years and now back together in the same place. Fortunately they're incredible human beings and we actually have quite a bit in common. And thanks for dropping the link to BASB. Are you actually taking the foundations course? I was just telling someone yesterday I need help with this. Still don't have a handle on my system.
Thanks Rick for the thoughtful response. I'm placing a small bet with listening to the book first before diving into another course. So far so good. It's been quite helpful as a follow through to WoP's brief coverage. I think I mentioned my biggest takeaway in a previous issue around his kitchen metaphor and the PARA system: Projects - things cooking on the stove. Areas - Stuff in the fridge for short term storage. Resources - stuff in the pantry that can be used for almost any meal. Archives - the freezer for long term storage. Just the shift in mentality for notes in terms of actionability has helped. It's very much still a work in process for me.
This is so cool, Tai. Packed with great stuff. I look forward to starting John Vervaeke's new series. And that en-passant thought of your mom, for her birthday, was so moving. :)

Keep these coming!
Thanks for reading and the encouragement Oscar!

PARA is cool. I’ll look forward to hearing more from you on the subject, but listening to the book is a great idea. Available on Audible?
I imagine so but I happily found it on Scribd.
